And thanks also to CJRI in New Brunswick for playing his This Could Be the Day from his FARTHER ALONG CD.

Jerold Leblanc, journalist from Edmonton wrote: I would just like to thank you for the Ashcroft Stampede song, which actually is a cherished part of my childhood. Growing up in the community in the early 70s and 80s, I would always remember the song as part of the television ad from CFJC-TV promoting the stampede. However, someone recently sent me the song and I never realized that there was more to the song than just the chorus. Watch for a new version of the Ashcroft Stampede song on Alan's upcoming Spring CD - his 16th.

Shirley Perry, a kindergarten teacher from West Vancouver wrote: "The first of the CDs has arrived (Northern Love). It is a pleasure to listen to your pleasing voice and a joy to learn new-to-me songs about BC. I will be teaching several of your songs to the K-3 children in my music classes in the new year. Keep creating!" Alan has several songs available in four part harmony. See the Choral page
