Award-winning ALAN MOBERG is a legendary Canadian performer. This veteran singer, songwriter entertains by singing beautiful British Columbia songs reflecting life on land and sea, on interior ranchlands in the Cariboo and on the coast of the Pacific. He sings of friendship with First Peoples in the Spirit of BC, of rivers and ocean, of ranching, of farming, of fishing and of traditions and overcoming hardships.

Alan Moberg is a true entertainer - He is country. He is cowboy. He is folk. He is gospel. He is Western roots. This musician writes wonderful originals and also sings cover songs by heroes like Johnny Cash and Guy Clark. He has released 16 recordings over four decades of music and song. Radio airplay throughout Canada and in the United States. His Williams Lake Stampede has been recorded and performed by choirs globally. Alan has entertained at many performances such as rodeos and stampedes, festivals and fairs, concerts and celebrations, heritage events, BC Day.

The station offered up 3 of Alan's new CD's to callers and this was mentioned several times throughout the day, and they had to cut off the calls when they got to 70! And Mark himself sang Alan's Ashcroft Stampede song!!!"

CBC Kelowna's Neil Gillon was the first to play a cut from Alan's new CD, REMEMBER ME. He chose "I Saw the Sparrow's Fall". The full CD was launched internationally on internet radio July 11 on www.soundsofexcellence.net.
CJRI, Fredericton, NB played "I Came to Believe. CJSW University of Calgary placed REMEMBER ME #10 on their Folk/Roots/Blues Chart w/e July 15 CJTR's Regina's Mighty Shores, with Brenda Tacik, played Alan Moberg's "Working Fool" from REMEMBER ME. CKBD Vancouver, on the Wilf Ray Show, also played the Johnny Cash cover, "I Came to Believe"
